I am your guide, Rachel Riggio. I wrote these prompts for you as you guide yourself through this journey deeper into your own heart.

Walking the "Good Red Road" is a Native American term honoring the commitment to living with purpose, balance, integrity & harmony with Creation.

It is not a destination, but a daily practice of alignment.

The Red Road is:

A continuous journey of growth, healing, and spiritual connection © Rooted in respect, humility, honesty, and generosity
A path of balance - mental, emotional, spiritual, and - physical
A return to harmony with the Earth as a living, sacred being
A conscious choice to turn away from destructive patterns and toward wholeness

It reminds us to live in the present, honor those who came before us, and walk in a way that supports those who come after us.
